This famous Bomber of WWII had a gross weight of 32 tons, 10 crew members, and a gasoline capacity of 3,000 gallons. The length is 75 feet, with a wing span of 105 feet. The original cost was approx $5,000,000.00.

This B-17 is placed here in memory of the men and women who served so valiantly during WWII and to the passing era of the propeller driven airplane.
