USAF KC-10
The U.S. Air Force/McDonnell Douglas KC-10 Advanced Tanker/Cargo Aircraft (ATCA) is an advanced version of the intercontinental-range DC-10 Convertible Freighter, modified to provide increased mobility for U.S. forces in contingency operations.
It can refuel fighters while carrying the fighters' support equipment and personnel on overseas deployments, refuel strategic airlifters, and augment U.S. cargo-carrying capability. The KC-10 will normally perform these missions without dependence on overseas bases and without depleting critical fuel supplies in the theater of operations. Commercial DC-10s average more daily flights to more cities worldwide than any other widebody jetliner.
